- Woodcraft is a specialty wood working retail store with a 5,100 SF retail showroom showcasing exotic woods, a full range of specialty tools and demonstration areas. A 760 SF demonstration classroom provides teaching, specialty equipment use as well as customer viewing. Support spaces include: receiving and packaging, warehouse storage, staff offices and future lease-able space.
- The site was a final parcel of the Arapahoe Business Park with good visibility to Arapahoe Road. The building is concrete site cast panels with decorative reveal patterns, accent tile and a multi-colored paint scheme. The entrance is highlighted with a steel canopy and large storefront area to provide visual interest from the street.
