- 25,000 SF - Architectural, Structural & Civil Services through Schematic Design Phase
- Wild Game Family Entertainment Center is a conversion and addition to a movie theater complex for flexible, multi-use entertainment spaces. The existing 5 theater facility was analyzed for existing building systems reuse, building physical adaptability, project economics and site access and visibility.
- The building Programmed Design components include a full service Restaurant and Bar, Multi-use Private Party Rooms, Boutique Bowling Center, Gaming Rooms and Laser Tag. Concept design was developed from a national market model and translated to the existing facility configuration. The Architectural theme is Mountain Architecture with an emphasis on natural, regional materials.
- The Schematic Design phase was done in a Design/Build project delivery format. On-going project cost analysis was provided throughout the design phase to evaluate each design decision and impact on the overall project cost to maximize the scope of the project for the project budget.
